NORTHLOOM
Northloom's five-person team was drowning in order queries, return requests, and copy-paste ops. We built the automations that gave them their evenings back.

Northloom sells premium basics across three marketplaces and its own store. Every channel came with its own inbox, and the team was answering the same 'where is my order' question two hundred times a day. The brief: automate the repetitive 80% without making customers feel like they're talking to a machine.
Apparel ops are messy — split shipments, COD confirmations, size exchanges, marketplace quirks. The automations had to handle edge cases gracefully, hand off to humans at the right moment, and work inside WhatsApp, where Northloom's customers actually live.
We mapped every recurring workflow, then rebuilt them in n8n: order status, COD confirmation, and returns run through a WhatsApp bot that knows when to escalate; an AI agent drafts replies for the weird 20% and a human approves them. Inventory, CRM, and the daily P&L report sync themselves at midnight.
The team got 26 hours a week back. First-response time fell from four hours to 90 seconds, COD confirmation cut return-to-origin losses by 18%, and support headcount stayed flat through a 2x order-volume Diwali.
